1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kashvee Naturals website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payments are processed securely online through Razorpay (Cards, UPI & Netbanking). We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. An order is confirmed only once payment is completed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Any delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

5. Returns & Replacements

As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns once a package has been opened, and we do not offer refunds on delivered orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will send you a replacement. If we can't ship a paid order, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

6. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk orders (minimum 50 kg) are handled as quote-based inquiries. Pricing, payment terms, and delivery are confirmed on a per-order basis and may differ from retail terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Kashvee Naturals and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kashvee Naturals shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bihar, India.
